探索自我，挑戰極限 —— 本校中四同學「多元學習活動日」精彩回顧！

2024年4月30日，中四同學在香港青年協會賽馬會西貢戶外訓練營，進行了一場別開生面的歷奇訓練。

這裡依山傍海，綠樹成蔭，是同學們進行體驗式學習的理想場地。

同學們親手製作迷你炮架和羅馬炮架，從基本繩結技術到實物紮作，每一步都凝聚著努力與智慧。更通過其他遊戲和活動，鍛煉了自信、邏輯思維、領導才能，並且在團隊合作中加深了彼此間的默契。

這次活動，同學們不僅收穫了知識和技能，更在挑戰中發現了更強大的自己。

Exploring Self and Challenging Limits —— A Wonderful Recap of Our Form Four Students' 'Multi-Learning Activity Day'! 

On April 30th, 2024, our Form Four students undertook an extraordinary adventure training session at the HKFYG Jockey Club Sai Kung Outdoor Training Camp. 

Students crafted mini catapults and Roman catapults with their own hands, from basic knotting techniques to the actual construction, each step was a testament to their effort and wisdom. Through various games and activities, they honed their confidence, logical thinking, and leadership skills, while deepening their mutual understanding and cooperation as a team. 

Through this activity, students not only gained knowledge and skills but also discovered a stronger version of themselves amidst the challenges.

職業探索，規劃未來 —— 本校中五同學「多元學習活動日」精彩回顧！

中五同學於4月30日（星期二）參加了由升學及擇業輔導組舉辦的的「職向體驗工作坊」。這是一次職業探索之旅，讓同學們對未來的職業選擇有了更明確的規劃和方向。

 通過參觀香港國際機場，同學們親身感受到了航空業的活力與高效。這次體驗不僅開闊了視野，也加深了對航空行業運作的理解。

加之，多樣化的大專院校課程為同學們開闊眼界。

醫療與健康科學：護理、職業治療、物理治療等課程，讓有志於醫療事業的同學對該課程有更深的瞭解。

傳媒與傳播：新聞、傳播、公共關係等課程，培養了同學們的溝通能力和社會責任感。

設計與建築：建築、室內及產品設計課程激發了同學們的創造力和解決實際問題的能力。

幼兒教育：同學們感受到了作為教育者肩負的責任感和使命感。

通過這次活動，同學們不僅獲得了寶貴的專業知識，更重要的是學會了如何為自己的未來做出明智的規劃，如何找到與自己價值觀和信念相匹配的職業道路。正如鮑勃·伊格爾所言「要堅持自己的價值觀和信念，以期實現職業成長。」

Career Exploration and Future Planning —— A Wonderful Recap of Our Form Five Students' 'Multi-Learning Activity Day'! 

On Tuesday, April 30th, our Form Five students participated in the 'Career Orientation Workshop' organized by the Career and Guidance Counseling Group. This was a journey of career exploration, allowing students to gain clearer planning and direction for their future career choices.

Through a visit to the Hong Kong International Airport, students experienced firsthand the vibrancy and efficiency of the aviation industry. This experience not only broadened their horizons but also deepened their understanding of the aviation sector's operations.

Additionally, diverse higher education courses expanded the students' views:

Medical and Health Sciences: Courses such as Nursing, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy provided aspiring healthcare students with a deeper understanding of these fields.
Media and Communication: Courses in Journalism, Communication, and Public Relations helped cultivate students' communication skills and sense of social responsibility.
Design and Architecture: Courses in Architecture, and Interior and Product Design stimulated students' creativity and practical problem-solving abilities.
Early Childhood Education: Students gained a sense of responsibility and mission associated with being educators.

Through this activity, students not only gained valuable professional knowledge but, more importantly, learned how to make wise plans for their future and find career paths that align with their values and beliefs. As Bob Iger said, "Hold on to your values and beliefs to achieve professional growth."
